Comic Inside Front Covers

As a conceptual designer, I approach comic and layout design as an extension of the story itself, not just packaging around it. An inside front cover is a reader's first entry point into the world, and it should set the mood and tone before a single page of story begins, much like a movie poster does before the opening scene. I layer in supporting details and text, using clear typographic hierarchy to guide the eye through credits, taglines, and context, so the information feels purposeful rather than incidental. Every design choice is meant to enhance the narrative and pull the reader further into the story they're about to experience.
